New Chef Requests New Kitchen Prep Table
After my husband hired a new chef at our small restaurant, I noticed the requests for new kitchen appliances and equipment were being sent to our restaurant manager. I really like the new chef and the restaurant business has increased because of his great food. I spoke with him briefly and we agreed to start by ordering a new kitchen prep table. I printed out a few of the tables that I would consider purchasing. I was willing to let him choose the exact size, features, and gauge of stainless steel. He really knows his stuff and was able to pick out the best table immediately from the list.
