Dog Problem Behaviour

Have you ever thought about why your dog may have developed problem behaviours?  In our busy lives, how often do we really listen (no I mean REALLY listen) to our partners, our children, even our own bodies, let alone our pets?  Most of the time we carry out our day to day lives on autopilot getting things done as quickly as possible so we can move onto the next task.

Dogs are much more aware than we give them credit for, often picking up problems of our own; feeling our stress, anxiety, grief, and sometimes even physical pains.  We repay them by taking them for a quick walk in between everything else that needs to be done, not always giving them the love and attention that they truly deserve.  I believe that if we can become more conscious and aware of our pets, their needs, and truly listen to them, then many problem behaviours can be reduced or even prevented.
