Upgrading to Steel Residential Doors
The basement in my house has its own entry door. I want to get it up to code so that I can rent it out to a tenant. That would really help me save money on my mortgage. The first thing that I have to replace are the residential doors. I need to upgrade to higher quality steel ones. They will offer more protection and have a higher fire rating. Once I get that task completed, I will start the other renovations.
