Deafening Silence
Our wall dehumidifier broke last night. I was laying in bed and I was not able to sleep. Then I heard the dehumidifier stop working. The silence was almost deafening. I got up to look at it and decided that the best thing to do was to turn it off and try and fix it in the morning. I was already going to be tired, I needed to get my sleep tonight. My husband was just snoring away next to me. I guess he was just dead to the world. Well, good for him. I just laid there the rest of the night.
