My brother has always been a bit on the heavy side for some reason, and for a while now he has been trying his best to take care of getting healthier because he doesn’t want his kids to see him having health problems connected to his weight as they grow up. So, I have been trying to help him find a program and diet that could help him do just that, and so far we’ve not had much luck.
