Myometrium
The middle layer, the muscular coat (tunica muscularis), or myometrium, is the main part of the uterine wall. It consists of smooth muscle fibres interlacing one with another in different directions. Three layers can be distinguished in it: an inner longitudinal (corresponds to lamina muscularis mucosae), a middle circular, the thickest of the three layers (large venous plexus passes in it as a consequence of which it is called stratum vasculosum), and an outer longitudinal layer lying under the peritoneum (stratum supravasculosum).Medical coding training india will focus oon these more for the coding and also for the medical billing and coding.
