Get A Good Workout

playing the drum set is a great way to get a decent cardio workout. It is also very fun to do. All you need is some time and coordination. A love of music is required also. I love all different music and instuments but none havve the ability to get you into shape like a drum set does.  Using dumbell exercises is the best way that I  have found to get over one side stronger and bigger then the other.  It helps to train unilateraly to give your body balance and fill it in the right way. It bring up lagging bodyparts.
