Spot Reduction Will Not Help You Lose That Flabby Belly

One of the most widely perpetuated ab exercise myths is the theory of “spot reduction”. Spot reduction refers to the act of focusing all of your exercise efforts on one particular “spot” of your body, hoping to achieve a “reduction” in the amount of fat under the skin at that particular spot on your body. However this simple is not physically possible. Fat reduction does not work that way. Fat is stored on your body evenly on your body and also comes off of your body evenly. Even though you may see a higher concentration of fat on your abs, this does not preclude the fact that there is actually also an even distribution of fat all over the rest of your body as well.   Go to Ab Rocket Reviews for more info and details.
