Can you be a gamer and keep up with healthy living? the answer is absoloutly yes! The main thing to know when trying to mix gaming and healthy living is really as simple as don’t go overboard on the gaming and keep it second to your healthy lifestyle (you don’t want to grow weak and small like piglet do you?). One of the best ways to do this is to treat gaming like watching a movie. In other words, play for about an hour and a half or so and then walk away like you just watched a great movie.
