find a way

if getting a workout in when you are pressed for time is a major issue fror you then you are not alone. so do not use it as an excuse. there really is no excuse. i say this now but i have felt like there is no timme myself. sometimes it really does just feel like there is notime and you cant do it. this where consistancy and determination come in.  this is what is need to get over this hump. find some motivation to workout harder if you only have 15 minutes. just do your favorite lift the to the extreme.
