8%

i have been doing alot of work searching out workouts for fat loss that will really work because i am going to need one eventually when i am done with this bulking. when i am done i want no fat at all on my abs any where even my lower abs. i do not plan on putting on a bunch of fat but i will have some. when i got my conditioning where i want it i will have no fat on my abs. i want to be around 8% body fat. i should be able to get this done.
