Working Capital Journal Updates
I have been reviewing updates that the working capital journal provided recently, and my conclusion is that small business owners need to take a more active role in arranging their business financing unless they want to expose themselves to a real risk that it will disappear at a very inconvenient time. It should not really come as a surprise, but I have still been shocked to see how banks are routinely eliminating and reducing commercial lines of credit with no advance warning or discussion. It has become more clear to me that alternative business funding sources need to be actively considered by evaluating financing options in the working capital journal.
