A friend of mine was telling me about a new meal replacement shake called Shakeology, and I’m thinking about trying it out. I was looking over the Shakeology ingredients label though, and I saw “Sacha Inchi” mentioned — does anyone have any idea what this stuff is?

I always try to know what is in a supplement before I take it, and this is one ingredient that I’ve never heard of before.

Would appreciate some insight on this stuff if anyone knows of it.

Also, I will definitely post a full review of Shakeology if I decide to order it…
