Tattoos are worn by both men and women and there are some styles that are more popular with one sex over the other. For example, ankle tattoos are mainly chosen by women, whereas arm tattoos are mainly chosen by men.
One of the main reasons for this is because most arm tattoo designs boast quite a manly appearance. The most popular designs tend to be Chinese symbols running around the top of the arm or skulls. There are some people who prefer full arm tattoos. These can be literally anything but the two most popular full arm tattoo designs are women and crosses.
There are three main styles of arm tattoos that men tend to choose. Firstly you have the tattoos that run along the top of the arm. Then you have the designs that run full length down the arm and finally you have tattoos that are placed on the inside of the lower arm.
Some women also love full arm tattoo designs, but mainly you will find that arm tattoos are generally more popular with men.
